Regional Sales Managers – Indonesia
Requirements:
- Should be young, energetic University Graduate with a minimum of 5 – 7 years experience in Sales Management in the lubricants industry with a proven track record for managing and directing a highly skilled motivated successful and result oriented sales force.
- Will be responsible for annual booking / revenue quota with significant growth in subsequent years.
- Develop and execute focused sales strategies
- Must be a self starter and have the ability to develop and work extensively at the executive level in a multi cultural environment
- Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills, along with the willingness to travel and work as part of a global team of professionals and be able to operate in a fast changing market environment
- Should be experienced in setting up and handling distribution network
- Should be extremely fluent in English and familiar with Indonesian language.
