HRGA Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years hands on experience in HR functions and 3 years in oil & gas industry
• Minimum bachelor degree in management, psychology, engineering or any business / management course
• Good communication skills and fluency in the English language

Technical Competencies:

1. Knowledge and understanding of HR functions, including Recruitment and Selection, Training and development, Employee Relations, Medical and Insurance Benefits, Compensation and Benefits, Reward and Recognition, Induction and Performance Management
2. Ability to develop HR process and procedures along the aforementioned functions
3. Ability to review existing business processes and develop proposals in order to align said processes to the overall business objective of building high performance teams
4. Ability to operate Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook, etc)
