SCM Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

1. Lead Purchasing, Exim, Warehouse, Logistic & PPIC team
2. Prepare Business Plan, strategy & budget SCM
3. Undertake supplier performance evaluation and take corrective & proactive measures for improving delivery rating and inventory levels
4. Ensure maintenance and improvement in SOPs of SCM

Ensure efficient supplier management :

• Timely issuance of leveled schedules
• Receipt of materials on time (right quantity and right quality)
• Ensure no loss due to non availability of materials
• Maintenance of optimum inventory levels
• Constantly monitoring of material flow and flag off any critical issues through glass walls
• Introducing pricing & costing strategies
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering with minimal GPA : 3.00
• Min. Experience at least 3 years in SCM Strategy & Management
• Good knowledge in ISO
• Good Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Understand market dynamics, leadership skills and good communication
