Responsibilities:

1. Act as an internal legal advisor to all departments & company’s management
2. Analyze and review all legal contracts related to company’s business
3. Able to do legal drafting
4. Able to do merger and acquisition
5. Monitor & up date company legal documentation, rule and regulation related to company’s business
6. Handle company's legal documents and filing system (agreements/ contracts, deeds, certificates, permits, licenses)

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree Legal from reputable and recognized university
• Minimum 2 years experience as Legal counsel in mining company
• Deep understanding of all Indonesian law aspect especially Mining Law
• Proficient in English and MS office application
• Having good communication skill and dealing with government institution
• Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self motivated and strong interpersonal skill
