Lowongan Kerja PT Patra SK (Pertamina Group). PT Patra Niaga was incorporated on February 27, 1997 under the name "PT.ELNUSA HOPE". The Company was established as a new business entity by the Shareholders, namely PT PERTAMINA (Persero) by Decree (SK) The Minister of Justice of Republic of. C2-4238.HT.01.01.TH.1997 with the aim of developing several subsidiaries PT.ELNUSA who was not worthy to be part of the plan of PT. ELNUSA became a public company.

Furthermore, PT PERTAMINA (Persero) reposition the Company to develop business activities in the downstream sector of oil and gas industry (Oil and Gas) Indonesia. Under Article 1 of Act No. 22 of 2001 concerning Oil and Gas, the downstream sector includes processing activities, transportation, storage, and commercial Oil and Gas.

In accordance with the decision of the General Meeting of the Extraordinary Shareholders (AGM-LB), dated January 19, 2004, the Company's name was changed to "PT PATRA COMMERCIAL". This change aims to assert the position of the Company's business in the downstream Oil and Gas and also distinguish it definitively with sister-company, PT ELNUSA, which moves in the upstream sector of Oil and Gas. The name change was confirmed in a Deed No. 69 dated May 14, 2004 by Notary Ny. Pudji Redjeki Irawati SH. This act then get approval from the Department of Justice and Human Rights on 6 July 2004, with ratification of the C-16711.HT.01.04.TH.2004 numbers.

PT Patra SK (Pertamina Group) is a Joint Venture Company in Indonesia among PT PERTAMINA (Persero) (Indonesia) & SK Lubricants (South Korea), our activity is to produce Lube Base Oil Grade 3 . The product are exported and used in domestic. PT Patra SK have a Plant in Dumai, and it has been operating since April 2008.

Tax Officer (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure the company’s tax practices are full compliance with the current tax laws and regulations
  2. Assess and address in a professional and pro-active way on any tax exposures that may prevail toward the company;
  3. Responsible reporting and reconciliation in accounting and tax;
  4. Responsible for preparing monthly, annual Tax reports, Tax Audit and Tax Management
  5. Provide advice, assistance and guidance to other division in the company when necessary.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from reputable Universities majoring in Tax/Accounting min. GPA 3.00.
  • Male or female maximum 38 years old.
  • Experienced minimum 5 years in tax area, and having certification of brevet A, B, or C will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge and familiar with Indonesia Tax Laws and Regulation
  • Having knowledge and familiar with tax audit and response
  • Having knowledge and familiar with E-SPT and Microsoft Office (And SAP will be an advantage).
  • Have experience in Tax consultant office
  • Good Communication skills, with in written and spoken English

Planner (Budget And Control) - (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare company strategic template for budgeting and budgeting guideline.
  2. Responsible for planning, and policies and procedures and ensuring that they are strictly adhered to at all times.
  3. Responsible for the compilation of the company's annual budget, to ensures effective budgetary control through periodic monitoring of actual performance against budget and to analysis any variances discovered to assess its financial implication to the company.
  4. Perform monthly and annually times series Financial Statement report to Board Of Director
  5. Identifying potential problem areas to anticipating any probabilities
  6. To analyze past operations and identify past goals and whether they have been achieved.
  7. Monitor and implement government tax and regulation rule changes including evaluating impact on company financial statements
  8. Provide advice, assistance and guidance to other division in the company when necessary
  9. Do any other tasks that might reasonably requested by supervisor
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from reputable Universities majoring Accounting or Finance with minimum GPA 3.00.
  • Male / Female maximum between 26 - 38 years old.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in similar position (Planning and budgeting)
  • Have good communication skills, presentation skill
  • Excellent Computer skills, especially power point. Utilizing PC and/or mainframe based systems and software; compiles and prepares reports, graphs and charts of data developed
  • Have experience in the big4 public accounting firm
  • Understanding and updated with accounting standards (US GAAP, PSAK/IFRS) will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication both in Bahasa Indonesian and also fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Can work under pressure with tight deadlines and fast learned
  • Having team work spirit, motivation to meet deadlines
