Human Resources Manager
Qualifications
- Male, max. 40 years old.
- Min. S1 Degree majoring in Psychology/Law/Human Resources Management from a reputable University.
- Must have a proven good solid experience as HR Manager in coal mining industry for minimum of 5 years.
- Strong working knowledge of full spectrum of HR functions.
- Well versed in Indonesian employment laws and regulations, as well as payroll regulations, employment taxation laws and employee relations.
- Having good experience in designing company regulation, setting up HR system and policies within guidelines of HR principles.
- In depth understanding in recruitment, people development, performance appraisal, organization development and management performance.
- Able to maintain high level of confidentiality pertaining to sensitive employee issues.
- Able to supervise, control and support all the operational activities of General Affairs.
- Literacy in MS Office and internet is a must.
- Having good fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross cultural communication skills.
- Independent, resourceful and possess good leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Able to work in a team and to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel during employment.
Qualifications
- Female, max. 26 years old.
- S1 Degree majoring in Accounting from a reputable University.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Literacy in MS Office and internet is a must.
- Having knowledge in Accounting System Accurate is an advantage.
- Familiar with Indonesian Tax Laws (Brevet A & B) and generally-accepted accounting principles in Indonesia.
- Good communication skills and English fluency.
- Having the ability to read and write Chinese characters (Mandarin) is necessary.
- Able to work independently and/or in a team, pleasant working attitude and able to work under pressure.
