Associate Procurement (PR) (Jakarta Raya)
To assist and support in the preparation of procurement process of goods and services and other related activities within the Company, in compliance with BPMigas Regulations.

Requirements:

• Male or Female
• Diploma Degree in Secretarial, Business Administration, or other related discipline
• Minimum 3 years experience in administration and filling system, preferably in oil & gas industry
• Have Certified PTK 007 is an advantage

Generalist HR - Field (HR) (Jawa Timur - Gresik)
Position summary :

1. Under the general direction of the Coordinator Field HR&GA, manages the day-to-day operations of the Gresik office.
2. Coordinate with HR Jakarta, manages the administrations of the HR Policies, procedures and programs, conduct recruiting and staffing, perform development and training.

Requirements:

• Male or Female
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Management, Industrial Psychology or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years experience in Human Resources and Training, preferably in oil & gas industry

Secretary - Field (FP) (Jawa Timur - Gresik)
Under the direction of the President Field Production Manager, provides secretarial or clerical assistance in support of departmental objectives and in adherence to company standards

Requirements:

• Male or Female
• Diploma Degree in Secretarial or Administration discipline
• 3-5 years experience in secretary position

Executive Secretary (MG) (Jakarta Raya)
Under supervision from Supervisor, this position must perform secretarial functions and responbilities to support department business and operations.

General Requirement :

• Male or Female
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or other related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years previous experience as Secretary

Sales Engineer (Kalimantan Selatan - South Kalimantan)
In general, the incumbent will be responsible to maintain and develop lubricant products for Fleet & Heavy Equipments sector and particularly in Mining segment. He or she shall contribute in achieving the business targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable universities, preferably from Engineering. A secondary education in Marketing is highly appreciated
• 2 - 3 years of similar experience in sales of lubricants or similar technical products
• Knowledge in lubricants or fleet & heavy equipment or mining is an advantage
• Understand mining business in Indonesia
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills combined with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven management skills
• Self starter and shows a high level of responsibility
• Open minded, think out of the box attitude
• Independent yet great team player
• Willing to travel around the country.

Retail Development Executive (Jawa Timur - East Java)
In general, the incumbent will be responsible to search and secure the perfect locations for service stations, to prepare and develop investment files including site potentiality analysis, and to negotiate with land owners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable universities
• 3 years of similar experience in retail industries (F&B, property, etc) would be an advantage
• Familiar with Surabaya greater area
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven management skills
• Open minded, think out of the box attitude
• Independent yet great team player
