COMMERCIAL MANAGER - EPC
(Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)
Will report to the General Manager in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Main Responsibilities:
- Function as the focal point for all Tax – related issues.
- Draft, Evaluate and Administer Joint-Venture Agreements, Risk-Sharing Agreements, Memorandum of Understandings and PMC Agreements.
- Review the Priced Commercial Tender, Post-Bid Clarifications, Terms and Conditions of Main Client Contract, Letters of Intent, Contract Amendments, etc.
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions for the Business Unit.
- Negotiate with Vendors, Consultants, Third-Party Inspectors, Subcontractors for better terms and conditions prior to finalization.
- Liaison with Government regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
- Support Project Management Team in all Commercial aspects relating to Vessel Refurbishment, Shipyard fabrication, Off-Shore Installation, Logistics and Customs Duty issues.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 20 years of EPC Oil & Gas experience of which at least 12 years should be in the Off-shore industry.
- Hands-on experience with ERP packages such as Oracle and SAP.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Competent in all Microsoft Office applications
ENGINEERING MANAGER - OFFSHORE
(Jakarta / Kuala Lumpur)
Will report to the Project Director in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of multi-discipline engineers for engineering and detailed design for projects involving Wellhead Riser Platforms, Topsides and Jackets, Pipelines, Catenaries and FSOs/ FPSOs.
- Review heat and mass balances, process data sheets, material selection and technical specifications for Off-shore Topsides design.
- Contractor Representative for all technical clarifications.
- Collaborate with Procurement for finalization of Material Requisitions, Material sourcing.
- Ensure adherence to required International codes and standards like TEMA, ASME, API, NACE, ANSI, IEC, NEMA and Vessel classification requirements of ABS, DNV etc.
- Manage all HSSE design issues.
- Participate in SIMOPS/ SIMPROD meetings.
- Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, SIL and other ITB-required process studies.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 12 years EPC Oil & Gas experience in a similar position with at least 8 Years Off-shore experience with FSOs, FPSOs and MOPUs.
- Proven Off-shore installation, HU & Commissioning Experience.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Competent in all Microsoft Office applications.
DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER - OFFSHORE
(Jakarta / Kuala Lumpur)
Will report to the General Manager in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve Business Unit profit projections with complete involvement in the Tendering, Post-Bid Negotiation, Subcontractor selection, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Shipyard Fabrication, Construction and Pre-Commissioning Sail-Away, Off-shore Installation, Hook-up & Commissioning and First-Oil activities.
- Manage the EPC Procurement process with complete knowledge of Incoterms, Taxes, customs duties and other commercial issues.
- Ensure adherence to Client ITB Codes and Standards, Vessel Classification requirements and other Off-shore international standards.
- Full responsibility for Marine and On-shore insurances for individual projects.
- Estimation of Steel renewal tonnage, Internal and Hull painting requirement for candidate vessels considered for refurbishment in selected shipyard.
- Motivate Project management team to deliver objectives during Pre-commissioning, Sail-Away and Off-shore installation activities.
- Participate in SIMOPS/ SIMPROD meetings.
- Full involvement in Hook-up and Commissioning phases after RFSU with direct involvement in Provisional Acceptance, Performance Testing and Final Hand-over to Client.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of EPC Oil & Gas experience with at least 8 years Off-shore experience.
- Must have proven performance in closing-out an Off-Shore EPC project after achievement of Sail-Away and First-Oil dates.
- Full awareness of Oil & Gas modular fabrication, Pipe-Spool installation, Steel renewals, E&I package procurement for Ship-yard work.
- Must have interfaced with Marine Surveyors to achieve MOPU / FSO Class Certification requirements.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Competent in all Microsoft Office applications.
ESTIMATION ENGINEER - EPC
(Jakarta / Kuala Lumpur)
Will report to the Proposals Manager in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with Multi-discipline engineers to finalize BOQs.
- Manage the Tender package estimation for an Off-shore EPCIC multidisciplinary project.
- Review Method Statements, Project Schedules and critically analyze construction sequences with a view towards optimizing the Commercial Priced Tender Bid.
- Must be able to rapidly estimate steel renewal tonnages, internal and Hull painting requirements for an off-shore candidate Vessel prior to dry-dock refurbishment.
- Must understand the requirements for Off-shore Vessel Classification.
- Obtain competitive bids from Vendors, Consultants and Subcontractors.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years EPC Oil & Gas estimation and tendering experience with at least 3 years Off-shore experience.
- Proven experience in rapid compilation of pre-tender estimates from multiple spread-sheets from multi-disciplinary BOQs.
- Familiar with man-hour estimation and deriving of MTOs from design drawings.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Competent in all Microsoft Office applications.
