INSPECTOR
(Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia)
Responsibilities:
  1. Experience as inspector, shall be conversant with international inspection standards and requirements for industrial plants.
  2. Develop and enforce inspection procedures and requirements, inspect and report.
  3. Knowledge in inspection techniques, CP Systems, provide training to the operation and maintenance team members on job site quality assurance.
Requirements:
  • Trade certificate with 5 years experience in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry as Inspector.
  • An excellent level in English is required
OPERATOR
(Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia)
Responsibilities:
  1. Experience in assisting or operating various types of pumps, diesel engines, generators, compressors, blowers, stationary equipment such as piping, valves, heat exchangers, water treatment plant, training props, hydrocarbon and fuel system.
  2. Familiar with plant isolation, procedures hydrocarbon gas feeing, lock-out and tagging procedures and plant permit to work procedures.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in engineering or trade certificate;
  • Least 5 years experience in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry
  • An excellent level in English is required
SAFETY TECHNICIAN
(Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia)
Responsibilities:
  1. Knowledgement of international safety requirements for industrial plants.
  2. Development and enforce safety procedures and requirements, inspect and report unsafe incidents, conduct safety toll box discussion and training to the operation and maintenance team members on job site safety, preparation of spade and blind list, field verification, preparation of system safety procedure.
  3. An Authorized Gas Tester Certification is approved.
Requirements:
  • Trade certificate with experience of 5 years.
  • An excellent level in English is required
ASSISTANT OPERATOR
(Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia)
Responsibilities:

CIVIL FOREMAN

Responsibilities:
  1. Job work planning and manpower planning for efficient utilisation, priority scheduling, inspection and supervising of maintenance and construction of civil structures, steel structures, building, roads, storm water drains, building services, plumbing, water retaining structures, painting, scaffolding, carpentry, etc...
  2. Coordinate and handle non routine and emergency maintenance / repair works, ensure the maintenance practices followed by the personnel are in compliance with safety and environmental standars, ensuring good house keeping, maintain good safety standards in the maintenance section, obtaining permit to work, perform as a multi disciplinary Worksite Supervisor as per RLC's Permit to Work system and familiar with international standards for civil works and material specificationq, standard drawings.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in civil engineering
  • Experience of 8 years as Civil Supervisor / Foreman
  • Knowledge in SAP (CMMS)
  • Good level in English is required
  • Site Civil construction experience is a plus

COMMERCIAL MANAGER - EPC
(Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)
Will report to the General Manager in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Function as the focal point for all Tax – related issues.
  2. Draft, Evaluate and Administer Joint-Venture Agreements, Risk-Sharing Agreements, Memorandum of Understandings and PMC Agreements.
  3. Review the Priced Commercial Tender, Post-Bid Clarifications, Terms and Conditions of Main Client Contract, Letters of Intent, Contract Amendments, etc.
  4. Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions for the Business Unit.
  5. Negotiate with Vendors, Consultants, Third-Party Inspectors, Subcontractors for better terms and conditions prior to finalization.
  6. Liaison with Government regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
  7. Support Project Management Team in all Commercial aspects relating to Vessel Refurbishment, Shipyard fabrication, Off-Shore Installation, Logistics and Customs Duty issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 20 years of EPC Oil & Gas experience of which at least 12 years should be in the Off-shore industry.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP packages such as Oracle and SAP.
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Competent in all Microsoft Office applications

ENGINEERING MANAGER - OFFSHORE
(Jakarta / Kuala Lumpur)
Will report to the Project Director in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a team of multi-discipline engineers for engineering and detailed design for projects involving Wellhead Riser Platforms, Topsides and Jackets, Pipelines, Catenaries and FSOs/ FPSOs.
  2. Review heat and mass balances, process data sheets, material selection and technical specifications for Off-shore Topsides design.
  3. Contractor Representative for all technical clarifications.
  4. Collaborate with Procurement for finalization of Material Requisitions, Material sourcing.
  5. Ensure adherence to required International codes and standards like TEMA, ASME, API, NACE, ANSI, IEC, NEMA and Vessel classification requirements of ABS, DNV etc.
  6. Manage all HSSE design issues.
  7. Participate in SIMOPS/ SIMPROD meetings.
  8. Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, SIL and other ITB-required process studies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 12 years EPC Oil & Gas experience in a similar position with at least 8 Years Off-shore experience with FSOs, FPSOs and MOPUs.
  • Proven Off-shore installation, HU & Commissioning Experience.
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Competent in all Microsoft Office applications.

DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER - OFFSHORE
(Jakarta / Kuala Lumpur)
Will report to the General Manager in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve Business Unit profit projections with complete involvement in the Tendering, Post-Bid Negotiation, Subcontractor selection, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Shipyard Fabrication, Construction and Pre-Commissioning Sail-Away, Off-shore Installation, Hook-up & Commissioning and First-Oil activities.
  2. Manage the EPC Procurement process with complete knowledge of Incoterms, Taxes, customs duties and other commercial issues.
  3. Ensure adherence to Client ITB Codes and Standards, Vessel Classification requirements and other Off-shore international standards.
  4. Full responsibility for Marine and On-shore insurances for individual projects.
  5. Estimation of Steel renewal tonnage, Internal and Hull painting requirement for candidate vessels considered for refurbishment in selected shipyard.
  6. Motivate Project management team to deliver objectives during Pre-commissioning, Sail-Away and Off-shore installation activities.
  7. Participate in SIMOPS/ SIMPROD meetings.
  8. Full involvement in Hook-up and Commissioning phases after RFSU with direct involvement in Provisional Acceptance, Performance Testing and Final Hand-over to Client.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years of EPC Oil & Gas experience with at least 8 years Off-shore experience.
  • Must have proven performance in closing-out an Off-Shore EPC project after achievement of Sail-Away and First-Oil dates.
  • Full awareness of Oil & Gas modular fabrication, Pipe-Spool installation, Steel renewals, E&I package procurement for Ship-yard work.
  • Must have interfaced with Marine Surveyors to achieve MOPU / FSO Class Certification requirements.
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Competent in all Microsoft Office applications.

ESTIMATION ENGINEER - EPC
(Jakarta / Kuala Lumpur)
Will report to the Proposals Manager in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Work with Multi-discipline engineers to finalize BOQs.
  2. Manage the Tender package estimation for an Off-shore EPCIC multidisciplinary project.
  3. Review Method Statements, Project Schedules and critically analyze construction sequences with a view towards optimizing the Commercial Priced Tender Bid.
  4. Must be able to rapidly estimate steel renewal tonnages, internal and Hull painting requirements for an off-shore candidate Vessel prior to dry-dock refurbishment.
  5. Must understand the requirements for Off-shore Vessel Classification.
  6. Obtain competitive bids from Vendors, Consultants and Subcontractors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 6 years EPC Oil & Gas estimation and tendering experience with at least 3 years Off-shore experience.
  • Proven experience in rapid compilation of pre-tender estimates from multiple spread-sheets from multi-disciplinary BOQs.
  • Familiar with man-hour estimation and deriving of MTOs from design drawings.
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Competent in all Microsoft Office applications.
