Due to our rapid growth at present, we are currently taking applicants for below position:

TRAINING OFFICER
Execute, deliver and administer the organization s training programs in accordance with the organization s training and development plan to enhance the performance of individual employees and meet the current and future resource need of the business.

Requirements:
  • Min. bachelor degree from Psychology or HR Management
  • Min. 2 years experience in training and development area
  • Preferably has knowledge of training and development concept, systems, and process; especially in Mining industry
  • Willing to travel to all site locations
Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and execute the training needs of individual or group of employees to develop training programs that enhance their know-how, skills, and performance.
  2. Source and recommend externally-provided programs which meet the needs of individual employees and are consistent with the organization s overall training plan.
  3. Provide information to employees about the organization s training programs and policies, and arrange for employees to participate in internal and external training so that the organization s training resources are allocated effectively.
  4. Maintain and analyze organization and individual training records (including monitoring of training evaluation process for pre and post training activities as well as training feedback forms) in order to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programs.
  5. Compile handbooks, manuals, guidelines, and other materials so that training programs are delivered with high quality resources.
  6. Keep up-to-date on developments and innovations in training and education in industry and government education sectors so that the organization s training activities remain current and relevant.
  7. Develop and maintain monthly training schedule and report.
  8. Prepare and perform Technical Bidding Evaluation (TBE) for in-house training program in line with company procedure and policies to ensure the effectiveness of training activities.
TRAINING COORDINATOR
Design, develop, establish, coordinate and evaluate training activity program in accordance with the organization s development plan, to enhance the performance of individual employees and meet the current and future human resource need of the business.

Requirements:
  • Min. bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology.
  • Min 5 years experience in training area, preferably having a Qualified Assessor Certification in assessment center or competency based assessment.
  • Having experience in developing training plan based on competency dictionary and training need analysis.
  • Familiar in Talent Management and Succession Planning Program.
  • Good understanding on psychological assessment and competency based assessment methodology.
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal.
  • Possess strong analytical thinking skill.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of some HR information/documents.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to demonstrate tact, diplomacy, and flexibility in consulting and communicating with diverse groups at all levels of organization, including line management, vendors, and employees.
Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate, implement and evaluate HR Infrastructure of Learning and Development Plan, and Training Competencies Based Management to fulfill HR target in developing and retaining people as an asset.
  2. Identify training need analysis, monitor and review the training implementation to ensure the training effectiveness in terms of promotes employee s competence and performance.
  3. Develop, establish and review Individual Development Plan for all employees including training plan based on Performance Appraisal result and also its activities as a strategy to enhance employee s competencies in each level & Supervisory Development Program (SDP), as a strategy to enhance employee s competencies in each level.
  4. Develop and implements Talent Management Program in company with relation to other section, including as assessor for internal talent assessment, and also handling talent pool monitoring and reporting.
  5. Prepare and develop training policy, procedure, and training guidelines to ensure that the training programs are delivered effectively.
  6. Prepare, control, and evaluate training budget; to ensure the effectiveness of training budget allocation.
  7. Communicate all Learning and People Development Program is prompt and accurate so it can be published in Petrosea Net in order to inform HR programs to all employees.
  8. Monitor professional, well documented and systemized library.
  9. Develop, monitor and review the implementation of Graduate Development Program (GDP) ad also its activities as a strategy to enhance new employee s competencies.
  10. Develop handbooks, manuals, guides, and other materials so that training programs are delivered with high quality resources.
  11. Demonstrate willingness to learn new skill and continuously look for improvement in work processes and results.
IR/ER OFFICER
Maintain, arrange, monitor and administer employee and industrial relation in order to provide an immediate support to all employees in conforming with all company s regulations, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Min. bachelor degree from any major, preferably Law
  • Min. 3 years experience in HR field, especially in Industrial Relation
  • Familiar with Government Employment Regulation
  • Willing to work extended office hours as and when required, and travel out of the office
  • Posses strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate with all levels of staff
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of some HR information/documents
  • Good attention to detail
Responsibilities:
  1. Assist coordinator in develop, analyze, draft, gather and organize data for IR/ER guidelines/policies purposes such like SK, policy regulations in order to provide assistance in preparing guidelines/policies in line with company s target and goals.
  2. Perform secretarial duties (typing, correspondence, filing) including provide ID card for employees, travel arrangement for IR/ER & GA team, prepare IR/ER monthly report, maintain IR/ER & GA petty cash, arrange meeting/gathering and update membership association ( HR Mining Meeting, Apindo).
  3. Gather and compile data for preparation of the man power report (Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan); register Wajib Lapor to Depnaker; Distribute the approved Wajib Lapor to internal company who need it; maintain relationship between Depnaker and or other associates if needed to ensure that Wajib Lapor is registered to Depnaker on time.
  4. Assist coordinator in negotiation of labor dispute local issue in project and also conduct exit interview in order to represent company.
  5. Prepare, register and administer counseling/warning letter for employees in order to ensure any warning letter/counseling process given are conforming to company s procedure.
  6. Socialize and accommodate all information that needs to be share to all employees, local community and local authority in order to maintain good communication.
  7. Provide advice to all employee s issue and administer them if any.
  8. Conduct research and analysis on employee relations issues so that other managers, legal counsel, mediators and external consultants are well prepared to carry out bargain, negotiation and dispute resolution procedures.
  9. Keep up to date with the employee relation climate in the organization and the industry also with the proposed and actual changes in employee relations regulations, so that the organization s employee relation policies remain current and relevant.
  10. Responsible for all process from preparing, carrying out, collecting and analyzing data from Employee Opinion Survey.
  11. Demonstrating willingness to learn new skill and continuously look for improvement in work processes and result.
  12. Implement HSE policies and programs in all activities of work area.
HSE SUPERINTENDENT Placement: East Kalimantan (Project Site)
Focus on the development and delivery of HSE training materials with one consistent approach. Support the HSE manager to Plan, direct, monitor and evaluate Health Safety Environment system, standard, process and procedures to enhance safety awareness among all Petrosea and its projects. Advise management with changes to government regulations.

Requirements:
  • Degree, preferable from Occupational HSE / Public Health / Environment Engineering
  • 5 -10 years experiences in HSE area
  • Formal training in Safety and Risk Management
  • Able to travel from time to time if required
  • Occasionally Work extended hours to meet section deadlines and emergency situations
Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor the implementation of HSE procedures and standards in maintenance areas that are complied with the industry standards and regulations in order to support company s operations effectively and efficiently.
  2. Develop HSE short and long-term programs, including awareness programs, certification programs, which are in line with the company short and long term plans, as well as the industry standards in order to achieve the maintenance departmental objective optimally and in a cost-efficient manner.
  3. Maintain and improve HSE management system, including inspection system, HSE audit system, in order to support HSE programs implementation effectively and efficiently.
  4. Coordinate with all Project managers and field HSE representatives when implementing HSE programs.
  5. Develop check list, inspection and workshop standards, monitor and analysis of information and documentation.
  6. Monitor and maintain HSE statistic records in PHASES system and presenting the trend analysis from the statistic to ensure HSE database are updated and analyzed.
  7. Improve and evaluate all areas of risk assessment, hazard management, project HSE systems and training within business unit by regular visit and developing initiatives to ensure the project response or control in their project HSE risk.
  8. To support HSE performance and maintain third party accreditation (i.e. OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001) and work effectively with certification body.
  9. Continuously monitor HSE practices within operations and evaluate performance or the existing HSE policy, procedures and programs in order to identify possible obstacles / ineffectiveness and improve the program within time.
HSE OFFICER
Maintain, monitor and review company s daily operations and facilities to ensure employee safety are comply with safety, health and environmental regulations for specified facilities, operations and project.

Requirement:
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Public Occupational Health & Safety or Environment Engineering.
  • Min. 1 year experience in HSE.
  • Willing to travel to all company s sites.
  • Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives.
Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and present safety training and safety induction to enhance safety awareness among employees and clients.
  2. Conduct inspections on statutory, fire and rescue equipment to ensure completeness and readiness for use.
  3. Inspects project facilities, observe operations and activities in progress to ensure those are in compliance company s safety regulations.
  4. Coordinates and consults with project safety superintendent and/or project managers regarding HSE issues in their respective areas and notifies management staff regarding violation of safety regulations and codes to ensure that all safety defiance are proceed.
  5. Support and assist safety audits, inspections and accident/incident investigations by observing employee activities and workplace conditions for submitting recommendations to management to correct deficiencies, eliminate hazards, and improve the overall program.
  6. Socialise and record all Job Hazard Analysis, HAZOB, and co-ordinate Emergency Response Team training and activities for the Project.
  7. Assist the Project Superintendent & Supervisors in conducting and reporting of all Hazards.
  8. Control and monitor the use of Hazardous or dangerous goods to ensure conformance with the MSDS (Material Safety Data System).
  9. Monitor, review and participate in Pre-start meetings and Tool Box Meeting to update with current safety informations.
  10. Support Environmental performance and maintain third party accreditation (ie. ISO 14001) and work effectively with certification body in order to preserve international standard accreditation.
  11. Performing a strong visible commitment in to HSE Management System as well as all programs.
  12. Implement and maintain HSE Management Plan, Emergency Response Plan, and other HSE document for the project.
  13. Prepare and implement of Site Safety Activities.
EMPLOYEE WELFARE ADMIN
Assist employee welfare coordinator in execute and perform all employee welfare activities including employee medical administration activities, to ensure employee medical are well administered.

Requirements:
  • Min. associate degree in nursing, insurance, or pharmacist
  • Min. 2 years experience in administration task and duties in insurance
  • Willing to work extended office hour as and when required
  • Ability to communicate to all level of staff
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of some HR information/documents
  • Attention to detail, the role and people oriented
  • Ability to perform Good Corporate Governance practices
Responsibilities:
  1. Assist Employee Welfare Coordinator in socialize company medical scheme to employee and facilitate through use of modified duty programs and medical case managements.
  2. Assist Employee Welfare Coordinator in communicate and maintain external parties related to medical claim and the agreement, include Employee Agency, physicians, attorney, doctors, hospital and others to provide information related to worker compensation claim or the cooperation between.
  3. Assist Employee Welfare Coordinator in ensuring that medical services is provided by designated medical team (especially in administration area) for 24 hours to employee and dependant of the company, and coordinate within related parties involved.
  4. Administration of all invoices and MR process form all employee s medical claims (including invoices of hospital/clinic) to be verified, inputted to medical record system, approved and paid accordingly.
  5. Perform administrative activities and assist Employee Welfare Coordinator in regards to the implementation of all activities that held related to employee medical/health program.
  6. Demonstrating willingness to learn new skill and continuously look for improvement in work processes and results.
  7. Implement HSE policies and programs in all activities of work area.
DRILL & BLAST ENGINEER
Execute, monitor and control the drill and blast activities of the project in order to ensure that it is completed on time and to the total satisfaction of the client whilst achieving tender profit margins and meeting the safety and quality expectations of the company.

Requirements:
  • Min diploma degree in Mining, Civil Engineering or Geologist with Class Blaster Certificate.
  • Min. 5 years previous experience in drilling & blasting, preferably as a supervisor.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, written & verbal.
  • Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software.
  • Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling.
  • Rotation to each site conducting drilling and blasting.
Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise with client s drill & blast engineer to plan drilling location.
  2. Liaise with client s surveyor to make sure drilling location.
  3. Establish drill & blast design and drill & blast environment treatment plan.
  4. Liaise with Production Staff Supervisor to prepare drill pad location.
  5. Ensure the job is done right the first time.
  6. Supervise and coordinate the activities of shot firer, tradesman and subordinates.
  7. Ensure exploder is maintained to blasting standards of safety and reliable.
  8. Ensure workforce is competent to conduct allotted tasks and work is conducted in safe and efficient manner.
  9. Collect data of drilling and blasting include record details of drill pattern, location, hole location, blast time, explosive usage and blast result.
  10. Build long term relationships with clients by gaining an understanding of client s strategy and upcoming projects/opportunities and demonstrating Petrosea s capacity to act as partner in helping clients achieve their strategic goals.
  11. Responsible for safety performance and conformance within the area of his control.
  12. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance counseling required for all direct reports.
COST CONTROL ENGINEER
Ensure cost control process is running in daily basis, review budget and control cost/expenditure status, prepare forecasting process in regular basis, and secure company profitability.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineer
  • Min. 3 years experiences in mining projects
  • Familiar with Financial Management System (budgeting, costing, and forecasting)
  • Attention to details
  • Good communication skill
Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure correct cost allocation
  2. Ensure that cost is within/under budget, and prepare good explanation for exceptional condition
  3. Prepare weekly costing analysis report
  4. Prepare monthly costing analysis report
CONTRACT ENGINEER
Prepare, review and monitor the implementation of contract s scope of work and technical specifications, preparing tender documents with suitable conditions in order to ensure that company policies and procedures are followed in term of minimize any exposure to risk for company.

Requirements:
  • Requires travel to Project Locations as required
  • Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering
  • Min. 3 years experiences dealing with contract
  • Analytical thinking
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa written and verbal
  • Attention to details
  • Knowing the best practice of the contract principles
Responsibilities:
  1. Support and assist Commercial Manager in reviewing all contracts / agreements giving input regarding the contract composition and any qualifications required in order to align terms and conditions to company s Contracting.
  2. Assist Commercial Manager in developing appropriate contractual strategies in order to maximize contract position.
  3. Resolve contractual issues with the Client / Vendors, including drafting formal letters and attending negotiations of a contractual nature in order to provide logistical support to Project Managers.
  4. Prepare and administer documentation of variations and claims to their scope of work and, including a running log of all contractual correspondence to settlement in order to provide contract administration support.
  5. Analyze and negotiate contract in order to get through to contract settlement.
  6. Monitor contract implementation to ensure that both, client and company follow the contractual requirements of the contract to ensure that company is not exposed to unnecessary costs or penalties.
CONTRACT ADMIN
Prepare, monitor and maintain commercial administration database in order to support Commercial Department in delivering an efficient commercial process in term of participate in contribute the success of project function.

Requirements:
  • Min. diploma degree in secretary or other relevant major
  • Ability to work hard to meet deadline
  • Attention to detail
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal
  • Excellent computer skill, especially in Microsoft Office and Internet
  • Have good communication skill and good personality
Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and maintain request of preparing the Contract for Business Line to ensure all request shall be completed with MR/RFQ, TBA, PBA, and Subcontractor/Vendor s Quotations.
  2. Develop and maintain hard copy and electronic main contract filing system including internal and external correspondence such as letter from and to Owner, supporting documents of Contract such as RFQ, MR, Subcontractor/Vendor s Quotation, Technical Bid Analysis and Price Bid Analysis and as well as document confidentiality in order to ensure all contract document are well managed and administered in accordance with Petrosea procedures.
  3. Print out the contract, circulating and getting approval from Business Line, register all Main Contract Documents with Owner, Contract with Subcontractor and Vendor to Business Line Contract Registration List in order to provide contract administration support.
  4. Prepare and monitor all administrative activities and liaise with Mining Department Secretary, Corporate Commercial Personnel Administration, Procurement officer or Buyer at Business Line and Project Site Team including handle all communications to and from the commercial and organize meeting within the Procurement section in order to maintain all administrative activities within the Commercial section.
  5. Monitor life time of the all contracts and reporting all outstanding Contracts process every Friday in order to maintain contract validity.
