We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

1. Senior Supervisor – Contract Plant Supply (Ref. 760013)

• Bachelor degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering with minimum 2 years experiences in Contracts area, 3 years experiences in Supply Chain area and in construction management.
• Knowledge of Quality Audit Procedure – ISO 9000 and ISO 9001:2000
• Ability to identified discrepancy cost by preparing progress claim complete with record of actual progress from site and establish a record system of progress claim.

2. Resident Site Engineer - Toll Roads (Ref. 761382)

• Degree preferably in an Engineering or Project Management discipline.
• Minimum 10 years post graduate experience, most of which will have been working client side, preferably in a site or remote office role.
• Strong Knowledge of Indonesian Construction regulations & standards. A senior experienced individual with a track record in the role of client s site representative.
• A clear communicator able to provide balanced and accurate reporting on both financial and non-financial matters.
• A good understanding of project funding, facilities management and community engagement essential.

3. Project Manager – Construction (Ref. 762119)

• Relevant degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or possibly Project Management.
• 15 years+ working exposure to construction.
• 10 years+ as a manager or leader of people in the civil construction area.
• Experience of major Mine sites and the associated hazards preferable.
• Experience in leading a large civil construction site team, some overseas experience an advantage.
• Cultural sensitivity with an understanding of issues relevant to large scale civil projects within developing countries.

4. Project Manager – Toll Roads (Ref. 758413)

• Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or possibly Project Management.
• 20 years+ working exposure to construction.
• 15 years+ as a manager or leader of people in the civil construction area.
• Experience in leading a large civil construction site team.
• Cultural sensitivity with an understanding of issues relevant to large scale civil projects within developing countries.
• Extensive experience in civil planning, scheduling, project management, estimating, budgeting and client relations.
• Analytical and understanding of contractual obligations and their impact on profitability.

5. Superintendent Planning/Schedulling (Ref. 561244)

• Degree in Engineering – preferable Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years experience in the same area as Planning/Scheduling Engineer.
• Proven skills in Planning/Scheduling utilising software such as Primavera, Suretrak and Microsoft Project.
• Strong leadership skills, good analytical and focus on detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate.

6. Manager - Community Relations - Toll Roads (Ref. 758396)

• Relevant tertiary degree in education especially in social science.
• At least 5 (five) years experiences in a similar role and relevant experience in managing people.

7. Estimator Mechanical (Ref. 696645)

• Bachelor s degree preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum total of 5 years construction experience, with 3 years field experience and 2 year experience as Mechanical Estimator would be preferred.
• Procurement experience is also desirable.
• Candidate should have an understanding on current project costing, construction regulation, workplace health & safety regulations, quality assurance, industrial relations, and construction costs and processes
• The incumbent should also shows specific knowledge of site man hour productivity rates and equipment utilisation, excellent communication external & internal, commitment to team work, computer literacy including advance level in CATS & Microsoft Office, especially MS Project or equivalent and industrial software such as AutoCAD would be desirable.

General Qualification:

• Good communication in English (verbal & written).
• Highly self-motivated and able to influence / motivate, coaching/mentoring skills, and team player.
• Good in computer literacy.

All positions will be based in Kalimantan except for position # 3 will be based in Soroako, South Sulawesi.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. At least 10 years of working experience in Structural, Mechanical and Piping field. Preferably in Supervisory level.
3. Have experience and good knowledge in construction plant for the mining industry.
4. Have experience working with an Engineering and Construction Company.
